How We Handle Information

Potomac Allied respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, why we use it, and the choices available to you. It applies to website visitors and people who contact us through the site.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, industry, what you are exploring, and any message you submit. You may also provide your approximate annual revenue.

Information collected automatically. Our website and service providers may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, request times, and security events. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic. Turnstile processes browser and device signals needed for that security function; it does not receive the contents of your form fields.

We do not currently use advertising trackers or behavioral advertising tools on this website. Essential infrastructure and security providers may use cookies or similar technologies where necessary to deliver and protect the site.

How We Use Information

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate about our services.
  • Understand the needs of prospective and existing clients.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website.
  • Detect spam, fraud, abuse, and other security threats.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

When We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that support website hosting, security, form delivery, and email communications. These include Cloudflare for bot protection and Brevo for email delivery. They process information for us under their own contractual and privacy obligations.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, in connection with a business transaction, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention and Security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including responding to an inquiry, maintaining business records, resolving disputes, and meeting legal or security obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information. You may also have rights to restrict or object to certain processing and to appeal a decision about your request.

To make a request, use our contact form and write “Privacy Request” in the message. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
