Christine Marshall

Director

Christine Marshall brings extensive experience in fractional Controller and Vice President of Finance engagements, value-creation initiatives, and M&A.

She formerly served as Executive Director and Controller at Motorola Solutions and has deep expertise across finance, accounting, and operations.

Christine has led baseline assessments and transactions across industries, directed systems implementations, and built KPIs and executive dashboards that sharpen leadership decision-making.

She also directs the preparation of transaction deliverables, including Confidential Information Memoranda, management presentations, financial-model summaries, and buyer and investor communications.

Christine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and an MBA.
