She has partnered with leadership teams and investors through every phase of growth and toward successful exits by strengthening operational efficiency, organizational design, risk mitigation, and leadership development.

Previously, as Director of Value Advisory, Erika focused on the human side of value creation for owners preparing for a future exit. She advised on organizational structure and development, leadership and team effectiveness, culture, retention, and human-capital efficiency.

Erika holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BA from Austin College. She is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP).
