Stuart Lawson

Managing Director

Stuart Lawson brings more than 35 years of financial and operational experience across consulting, finance leadership, and transaction advisory.

He spent the first 10 years of his career with Arthur Andersen LLP and later served as a CFO and Vice President of Finance. His experience includes numerous capital raises, buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, two IPOs, and a take-private transaction.

He has extensive experience structuring and negotiating transactions, resolving complex accounting issues, working with the DCAA, assisting troubled companies, and building and streamlining back-office operations.

Stuart has worked across energy, hospitality, technology, healthcare, and government contracting. He has also prepared technical accounting position papers and M&A articles on a range of topics.

He has helped numerous clients prepare for exit and successfully guided them through the sale process. Stuart has spent a significant portion of his career in government contracting as a CFO, board member, strategist, and buy-side and sell-side advisor.
